There is a delivery charge, the charge varies depending on the location.
How do you maintain your equipment?
All our products are purchased new, replaced often and kept in like-new condition. Each item is thoroughly cleaned according to the Canadian Health and Safety standards plus an additional bacterial cleaning with Cavicide. (Cavicide is used in prenatal units for sanitizing medical equipment). All linens are washed in baby, hypo-allergenic soap and wrapped in plastic to ensure a clean delivery. In between each delivery we inspect all our products and monitor for recalls. Our goal is to provide you with a worry free product!
When will our delivery arrive and how will it be picked up?
Each destination is unique so we will work out the details when we call to confirm your reservation. In most cases we will drop off and pick up the items at the same location you retrieve them. Sometimes arrivals via hotel will require customer permission to enter room to assemble equipment. Homes, Cottages, and Bed & Breakfasts will be dropped off and set up in your room when possible.
Do you accept checks/ cash?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or Cash.
A credit card number must be on file for ALL rentals.

What is the cancellation policy?
You have until 24 hours prior to delivery to cancel your reservations.
Charges thereafter will be 50% of rental order.
Do you prorate fees?
No. Rental is based on the number of days you rent. No less than one day rental.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, a minimum of $30 is required because of the time involved in delivering and cleaning.
What is the Canadian Law regarding children's car seats?
